TRULY INCREDIBLE in these difficult times… Kind, thorough, committed, great — a few words that come to mind about Dr. Jennifer Shin! Dr. Shin and her entire staff, truly are INCREDIBLE. I’m currently doing Invisalign to fix my teeth under Dr. Shin's care. We were at week 4 of the process when the pandemic began. Her office, of course, had to abruptly close, and I had feared that my process would sadly come to an end, or be put on pause. But we stayed in touch via email - and when the time was right, some way, somehow, Dr. Shin was able to get Invisalign to supply the needed trays to all of her patients - so we could continue what we started. Dr. Shin personally mailed me my trays where I’m staying (outside of NYC). NEED I SAY MORE? Putting her patient's needs first, Dr. Shin did not let this awful situation that we are experiencing stand in the way of her good work and the commitments she has made to her patients.
